My name is Logan. I’m the owner of YT Properties. I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, coaching baseball, and gardening. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 10 years and am very passionate about real estate investing.
As a real estate company, we take pride in offering people and families who need to sell their house, real estate options. The part of real estate that I like most is problem solving. Every circumstance and every deal is special. I have assisted families in obtaining funding for their expensive, difficult-to-maintain home. I have helped families who needed to relocate quickly but had the resources to fix their home. I have helped families that have received an inherited home that they don’t need or want. And the list goes on and on. I enjoy what I do since every situation is unique. I help people in resolving their real estate issues.
