And this one’s actually in pretty decent shape. It’s been semi-updated a little bit. New windows. Just met my foundation guy. It needs a few piers, but nothing too big. This house is located in Broken Arrow, so it’s a great location. Three bedroom, two bath. The garage was converted into another living space, right here. The rest of the house has original hardwood floors. So that’s nice, we love that. Got the old wood paneling. That’s popular. The kitchen, I like the layout. Definitely needs to be updated in here.
